Fair Judicial Process – Just like our schools had to implement virtual school for a time, so did our courts. My preference will always be to hold court proceedings in person, especially for civil or criminal jury trials. We did learn that the use of virtual meetings for non-evidentiary hearings (no witnesses called or evidence introduced) and all parties agree, is a way to increase efficiency in our courts.
